Hey there, I’m Tia! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of a holistic private practice where I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or spread too thin finally find balance. Over the years, I’ve noticed one common theme with nearly every client I see; boundaries.

That’s why I created Balancing Boundaries! I wanted to create a simple, easy-to-follow program to help you see where you might be struggling and start building healthier boundaries.

And just so you know, I’ve been there, too. I didn't create this as a therapist, but as a human. There was a time when weak boundaries left me drained and disconnected from myself. Learning to set and protect my limits changed everything, and it’s something I’m passionate about helping others do, too.
