Meet Tia
Hey there, I'm Tia Parsley a Licensed Professional Counselor, owner of a private practice in The Woodlands, TX and founder of Balanced Boundaries:Protecting Your Peace Is ESSENTIAL.
Over the years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've worked with countless people who felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched thin by the demands of work, relationships, technology, and everyday life.
Many of them believed they needed to try harder, do more, or simply push through.
What I discovered is that the issue often wasn't a lack of effort.
It was a lack of healthy boundaries.
Without boundaries, we slowly lose access to our peace, our energy, and our ability to be fully present in our own lives.
That's why I created Balanced Boundaries: Protecting Your Peace Is ESSENTIAL.
It's not about becoming selfish, unavailable, or disconnected from the people and responsibilities that matter. It's about learning how to protect your well-being while still showing up for the life you've built.
I believe you can be compassionate and have boundaries.
You can be successful and have boundaries. You can care deeply about others without abandoning yourself.
My hope is that this resource helps you take one small step toward protecting your peace and creating a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and sustainable.
